Sometimes it happens that the same preview picture appears on consecutive posts. I have written to Long Bucks telling them their feeds suck – I never received any reply. I don’t use their rss feeds but my general average ratio with Long Bucks is 0:6710 – signing with them may work for you though.

Each post comes with a large picture matching the niche, the long texts contain at least 70 words and lots of keywords. Pictures aren’t linked, there’s only a clear link to the tour at the end of the text. My average ratio with Kick Ass Pays is 1:229.
